That is crazy. By the time I was ten, I was not only watching my two younger brothers (8 and 5), but taking them all over the city of Philadelphia by public transportation. Usually we went to the main branch of the Library downtown and to a couple museums near it. No one ever thought anything of it, including the police officers we would stop and talk to or the library and museum staff who admitted us and answered our questions.
