Re: No place but Pennsylvania- pastor saved by Jesus when handgun jams
The video shows that the successful takedown was not spontaneous action by congregation members, but the planned and coordinated actions of a competent security team.

Ambushed in rural PA on a domestic disturbance call. 2 officers injured. Shooter dead. Had ballistic vest on.
My understanding most dangerous calls for police officers. RIP

Mom put on Child Abuse Registry for letting 13 yo babysit.
I babysat a 9 month old and a 2 year old when I was 10yo. Geez.

That is crazy. By the time I was ten, I was not only watching my two younger brothers (8 and 5), but taking them all over the city of Philadelphia by public transportation. Usually we went to the main branch of the Library downtown and to a couple museums near it. No one ever thought anything of it, including the police officers we would stop and talk to or the library and museum staff who admitted us and answered our questions.philip964 wrote: Thu Oct 16, 2025 6:05 pm https://reason.com/2025/10/16/mom-place ... sit/?nab=0

Missed in the clickbait subject line of this post is the fact that the linked article is about efforts to overturn/push back against such stupidity.Alice was eventually removed from the child abuse registry.
