quick links not working

For about 2 weeks now the quick links buttons keep giving me "access forbidden" on new posts or unread posts?. Why?

Today April 6 is the first time I have been able to log in for 3 weeks.
4/13/1996 Completed CHL Class, 4/16/1996 Fingerprints, Affidavits, and Application Mailed, 10/4/1996 Received CHL, renewed 1998, 2002, 2006, 2011, 2016...). "ATF... Uhhh...heh...heh....Alcohol, tobacco, and GUNS!! Cool!!!!"

I have been getting the forbidden message beginning March 17th until today when I was able to log on.

I belong to three gun forums that I'm active on. Two of them are specific to Texas. I've had problems on and off with all three today.
​They've all had problems off and on for months, but today seems worse than usual.
I'm sure this a due to DDOS attacks. Frigging anti-gunners are upping their cyber game.
