Hopefully a quick question

Post by pt145ss »

There is a tree lighting ceremony tonight at a local municipality (on city property). There will be kids there from some of the local middle school choirs singing. Is it a school sponsored event and/or can I carry there?

I would say it is sponsored by the city, but the school is participating, and not a school sponsored event. If it is out in the public arena, then that makes it even less of a restriction in my opinion, so you should be able to carry.

That would be my story and stick to it in court if it was challenged.
