Unconfirmed reports about his sexuality.

Thanks for the good guy with a gun.

Must have really caused anguish for lesbian, liberal commie Oregon Gov TIna Kotek to have to thank a citizen with a gun knowing she'd rather he didn't have one.

First picture of the shooter. Not transgender. Shotgun bought by mom for what appears to be a very unhappy young man.

They are saying the hero was a licensed concealed carry holder.

Attacked the special needs classroom.

Shot out locks to gain entry.

Knowing this is Oregon. Will the hero be charged with a gun crime?

RIP young victims and loving teacher. Two are in the hospital with serious injuries.

Concealed Handgun License (CHL) holders in Oregon cannot carry guns in public schools if the local school board has adopted and posted a ban.

State Laws and the 2021 Opt-In Ban (Senate Bill 554)

• Default State Rule: Historically, Oregon law allowed CHL holders to carry concealed firearms into many public spaces, including K-12 schools and public colleges.
• Senate Bill 554: Passed in 2021, this law gives public school districts, community colleges, and public universities the authority to opt out of the state CHL exemption and ban concealed weapons on their grounds.
• Requirements for a Ban: To legally enforce a ban, a school district must:
• Adopt a formal policy prohibiting concealed weapons.
• Display a clearly visible sign at all points of entry indicating that concealed weapons are prohibited.
• Post a notice on the district's website identifying all school grounds subject to the prohibition.
Wonder how it would play out in Texas?
