I'm helping my friend fill out her app paperwork.
On the fingerprint card for the DPS, there is a blank for DPS N.O. (SID). What goes there?
Also, what are the standard abbrev's for Race and Ethnicity.
Shes is a WASP (white anglo-saxon protestant) so what would go in there.
I don't remember what I put on mine.

skip the DPS # and the ETH.
Put her application # ( red # at the top right of the yellow app.) on the line above the DPS # so that it reads APPLICANT 12345678
use a W for race
