I say we put ribbon locks on Christmas gifts to prevent them from being opened prior to Christmas.

We need to incorporate micro stamping onto wrapping paper so there is no confusion whether the present has been opened before.

remember rule #1! a present is always unopened unless you verify that it has been opened. and even then it might still be unopened....
