I thought Nagin was a bad word???
Well, I kinda hoped that the fleas of a thousand camels would infest his armpits...But this lawsuit will do just fine...

Re: NRA files suit against Nagan for Katrina gun confiscations
I just have to point out that this lawsuit could really backfire against the NRA.
One of the main points of the lawsuit is that the city did not return the guns or make what the NRA calls a reasonable effort to find the owners. But, the NRA has not had much luck finding the owners either, having identified 300 but only located 75. Note how much effort the NRA is putting out to find them, including hiring private investigators.
Consider how the defense could use this. The city claims it made a reasonable effort and could not find the owners. Being a city with other financial problems and limits on what a government agency can do, they did what they could. After all, the NRA, without the governmental limitations and with the use of investigators, found less than 10% of them.
I support the NRA in this, but I am very cautious about how this information can be used against them.

It is. Instead of using a certain 5 character bad word, I use Hillary. They mean the same thing anyways.stevie_d_64 wrote:I thought Nagin was a bad word???![]()
