Here's another one from Florida. He sounds like one tough old bird.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A Central Florida man who collects cash for parking at a church fought off five armed men who had ambushed him and demanded cash.

The 65-year-old victim, who did not want to be identified, said he was collecting cash in the Parramore area before an Orlando Magic basketball game when someone put a gun to his head.

He noticed that that he was surrounded by four other men as well.

The man said he pretended to reach into his jacket for cash but instead pulled out his hidden gun and opened fire.

The men fled during the shooting and it was not known if any of them were hit by bullets.

The victim said he had a permit for the concealed weapon.

He said he has been a victim of crime before.

"A couple of years ago, eight teens attacked me with a pipe trying to rob me," the man said.

It makes me kinda antsy when someone says 65 is "old".
The last train out of any station will not be filled with nice people.

Remember Newton and Azrak.

What kinda concerns me is when a perp is that close you shoot but you"re not sure if you hit anybody<that"s why i practice is important i miss shooting for 2 weeks straight and i can tell the difference.somebodyis close enough to stick a gun to my head he's close enough to get 8 230 grn JHP'S in the chest and if they say did ya hit him my respose is look at the corpse.beside it's simple math 8 guzinta 5 1.60 times.thats why im taking my sigpro to michigan cause 13 guzinta 5 2.60 i like dividing stuff equally. Also now the perps know he's armed and if they try to rob him again may shoot first.Time fer a job change
It is said that if you line up all the cars in the world end-to-end, someone would be stupid enough to try to pass them

Things get very dynamic quickly when the action is within arms length.
