Carry at private school ok??

Post by dwsUSA »

I know carrying at a government school is off limits (just one more thing that is wrong with government schools). But is carrying at a private school ok as long as it isn't posted with a 30.06? What about private school events?

46.03 says "whether the school or educational institution is public or private"

To take it a step further, there is a private school at our church. While the church is not posted and no written or verbal notice has been given to prevent concealed carry, would it be precluded on a Sunday when school is not in session in the church building?

Yep. You can get permission from the Administrator/Pastor/President to carry and it will also be fine.
