 I get it.
It's plum embarrassing to have your slack taken up by an Aggie.

That's exactly what I meant, Giga.

WARNING! BEFORE reading farther, please read the disclaimer at the end of the post.
Your disclaimer would not keep you from beng charged if the government actually wanted to do so.
Of course not--anyone can be charged with pretty much anything, anytime.

In fact, as someone has pointed out, one could even make the case that the disclaimer itself is annoying. Obviously, that is not my intent...as far as you know.

No John, my point is that your disclaimer would not remove Probable Cause to obtain a warrant.

Keep it if it makes you feel better though. :cheers2:

Aw shucks!

How could I know I was going to run up against an expert on Probable Cause with experience obtaining Federal Warrants right off the bat? Sometimes you just can't win for losin'. ;-)

It does not take an "expert" on obtaining warrants to know that John. Nice try to use factiousness to make a subtle point.

If you INSIST, I'll try to be less factious in the future although you're the first to accuse me of that particular vice. ;-)
