Does anyone think there would be a market for an airsoft shoot house and range where one could rent guns and safety equipment as well as run scenarios, practice shooting, practice room clearing etc and where instructors could run FOF classes?
I don't see any place in Dallas that really does FOF and am kind of wondering if there would be a market for that kind of facility.

I'm not familiar with one existing like the paintball parks.
I was aware of one in the Denver area that was NOT open to the public. It was for the use of one particular retired SWAT instructor who had opened his own gun training business. The shoot house was on the range he ran for his classes.
He was a good instructor and very, very knowledgeable about Colorado law in respect to use of force. If I could take more training with him I would.
I would suggest that people who provide training beyond the CHL level might find a shoot house useful for advanced training. Without the training component there isn't a ready market for users.

I think there might be a small market for it, especially if you got qualified instructors. You could even get some city contracts if you could work a deal with an academy to provide TCLEOSE credit.
I have been wondering if there is a market for CHL training based on simulators and shoot/don't shoot scenarios that way. I was kind of thinking a 12 or 16 hour class that combined the CHL mandated course with a simulator section. Maybe also offering just a simulator section for those who already have CHL's. Obviously, I would need to make the scenarios more CHL related than police related, but I think it could be done if there is a market.
Maybe combining the ideas and building a good range/use of force training school that is accessible and affordable is what is still needed.

Thanks for your ideas. Given the lack of response here and on another forum where I posed this question and some other research I did, I have concluded that there isn't any market for an airsoft range and shoothouse right now. I really appreciated your replies. They helped crystallize my thoughts.
