That was Jesse James from the show Monster Garage. Whenever they have a build that either does not get finished in the one week time frame, or fails to do what it was supposed to do, Jesse destroys the project. The only exception was the wheel standing Hummer that they built in IRAQ. They blew the tranny before it was finished. As a tribute to the troops, Jesse flew the Hummer back to the states and finished it on his own. It is pretty cool watching a HUMVEE doing wheelies down the road.

When your name is Dillon and you make the mini gun for the government, you wanna bet it's your tax money that just went up in smoke?
When your name is Mike Dillon, you really don't worry about reloading costs.

Dillon Aero, makers of that improved mini-gun, is a different corporation than Dillon Precision, but both are owned by Mike Dillon. The mini-gun was used in two episode of Mythbusters, most recently in the "exploding propane cannister" episode.
