Howard Leight Impact Sport Earmuffs

Post by Abraham »

Anyone have experience with these?

Most of the reviews recommend them, but one suggested if taken on and off a lot, the wires break and fairly soon.

Of course, I'll be taking them on and off a lot, so...

Thanks

I don't have any experience with this brand of ear muffs but I like my Dillon Precision ear muffs.
FYI Midway has a great buy on Caldwell electronic ear muffs.

I own a pair and love them. They are lightweight, comfortable, reasonably sized, fold to a small package that fits nicely into my range bag, and have very good battery life.

I have used them now for about 6 months and have seen no indication of potential wire breakage and have not even had to replace the cheap batteries that came with the earmuffs. Noise cancellation is ok and voice recognition while in use is very good. It is a real pleasure to be able to hear conversations while shooting at indoor ranges.

This is the only set of noise canceling shooting muffs that I have ever owned so I can't give a comparative analysis but for the price, I would recommend the Howard Leigh Impact Sport product.

These things are great. They are by far the best sellers that we have. No complaints from any of our customers. I've probably taken mine off and on 1000 times and no problems with the wires!
