I'll be there for the foNRA dinner friday night. Linda, Marty, Stevie, Monkey, et al, save me a seat at your table if you can. I think that where we were last year, at the far northeast corner, IIRC, is a good place. I'm coming from North Dallas after work and the traffic is a nightmare at that time, but I'll be there as soon as I can. I hope Reysc can make it and we can meet for "Death-by-Chocolate" afterwards! I'll also be there for the show both Saturday afternoon and most of Sunday.

We get to go to Rey's place? Awesome... Not only are the desserts great, but he has an aweful lot of purty girls that work for him... Maybe if I joined, they would give me the time of day!!!

Gotta get home to our weinerdog on Sat night, though, and rest up so we can sing purty in church on Sunday morning.

We should try to do a better job this year of getting a table (or two) together for Friday night dinner. I think we should appoint BrassMonkey to get there early and hold a table or two. Ya know, since he started this thread! :evil2:
Bring weinerdog with you. I will dog sit.

And someone mentioned Price. Based on my convo's with the TSRA this afternoon:

Friday Dinner: 30 per person
Saturday Lunch: 35 per person
Saturday Dinner: 50 per person
Life Membership: 400 per person

Everyone gets into the gun show if they go to the dinners or lunch.

OK,
Last chance. If you have not sent me yrou First and Last names (Whatever name the tickets are under) they you will have to fight for a seat wherever you can find one when you arrive. The current count is 287 with a max capacity of 300 so there it is. I have to have the complete list to him within 2 hours. Thanks.

Joe

So far, I only have enough names to account for Table G. I and K is ours too if I get enough names.

I am eagerly awaiting this with great anticipation and empty stomach. I've been in training for two days by not eating in preparation for the banquet and DESSERT.

Yes, the show will be posted.

The table should be in the back right hand corner when you enter the hall.... near the snack bar. I look forward to meeting you.

Friends of the NRA dinner recap...

Lots of good food, drink...Very loud PA system...I felt like we might become a little deaf by the end of the evening...

"llwatson" scored big time with her winning bid on a Weatherby O/U shotgun...Man, that was a sweet snag...Her man got a bore scrubber, and an eagle statue for the mantle...

I put a winning bid on the silent auction for a limited edition NRA silver belt buckle...Now I need a belt...Maybe we'll see one at the gunshow tomorrow...

I always have a great time, and love meeting the new folks (members) of the forum...We'll see you guys and gals tomorrow...

Sorry we didn't get to meet up with Reyes tonight...Maybe tomorrow after the TSRA banquet...
