Sending License back to DPS????

Post by TexAg08 »

Does anybody know what address I should send my old (but still valid) CHL to? I did a change of address and now have two valid CHL's and I was told by the DPS lady on the phone that they want me to send my old one to them. Should I just send it to the same address that was on the envelope they sent me?

Send it certified with receipt confermation.
