Well, got my ballot in last week, don't know who else to vote for besides Charles, but still haven't received my entire packet yet.

On the subject of tattoos, no NRA life member ink on me, since I feel that such organizations are subject to ideological change. I am contemplating a Bible verse though, cause that is definitely one constant in my life.

Mine just arrived today, LT. So yours must be gettin' closer!

My ballot for the board of directors election went into the mail this morning, and when I got home and checked the mailbox about 15 minutes ago, I had my lifer credentials. Must be karma. ;-)

:woohoo

I got my NRA package yesterday! Pretty nice stickers that I won't be using on anything.....maybe the garage fridge.

Now, what I'd do with the ballot......

Well, so far I'm pretty unimpressed with the NRA handling of my new Life Membership. I received my LM packet yesterday and noticed the nice certificate they sent was dated 2007 instead of 2008.

This morning I logged into the members only area to send an email to the NRA to request a corrected certificate and noticed they show my membership as Regular Annual - Active with an expiration of 2/29/2028. The strange thing is right after I signed up for the life membership the website showed Life Member.

So, I've emailed about that too. Hopefully my impression will improve if they can handle these two simple requests promptly!

Just got mine today, and just looked at it. Mine says March 6th, 2007 also. But my member card says Feb. 16, 2008.
