wtb ftf I know they are easy to buy online and have shipped to ffl but that would just take all the fun out of finding one.

i think theres a guy on glocktalk selling a complete lower with tele stock but im not sure if its tx.

While you said you are not looking online, there is a store called ColdWarShooters(.com), they are based out of El Paso. They have a great selection online and good prices. I have purchased several items from them and their CS is top notch.
