I guess the moral of this story is,

Whether you are the good guy or the bad guy toting the gun, keep your distance.

That is a perfect example of 3rd party intervention,what appears to be a guy robbing a guy even to police first showing up,is actually the victim defending himself.Uless i actually saw an event unfold right before my eyes or it's very apparent who the agressor is i would hesitate to get involved as far as drawing on somebody
