Mailing in the CHL paper work ?

The wife wants to send in the paper work by certified mail....is this good idea or will it slow things down or...?

Send it certified, return receipt requested. Just do it.

Just do it.
It won't hurt to know exactly when your packet is received. That doesn't mean that the wait will be any more bearable. :lol:

Sent mine in certified mail. Good to have a reference if something should go awry during delivery.
