Over 100 views and no replys - I hope that doesn't mean the food is really bad :-)

It looks like the event is held in a public place, Historic Old Town Spring. In that case, it cannot be legally posted. The fact that they have the Wolf Creek Pistoleros staging re-enactments is a good sign, too.

The wife and I will be going to this event as well, ghostrider, and based on Jim's above comments it looks as though I will be carrying while we're there.seamusTX wrote:It looks like the event is held in a public place, Historic Old Town Spring. I have not been to that festival in 15 years. Last time I went I was in High School and drank some beer with some buddies and ate a ton a crawfish. Then we got on some spinning ride and the rest is history. 2 pounds of crawfish on my buddies and strangers! Yuk.

There was a stabbing at the crawfish festival over the weekend.

Re: Texas Crawfish & Music Festival
well I did see a hand painted sign that (among other things) said 'no firearms' but it clearly didn't comply with the legal requirements.
