Any good camping spots near DFW that are firearm friendly?
Title says it all - I'm just trying to get into camping and I wonder if there are any place in or around the DFW area that do not prohibit firearms? I figured you fellas could help me out...

State Parks are great places for me and my family. Purtis creek SP and cooper lake SP. there both about an hour from DFW General but there are many more than those in the area. Purtis creek has a great primitive camping, 1/2 mile hike and campsites are seperated by at least 70 yards of forest.
