I really do agree that she should have been placed with a family in a bigger city with good and bad parts of town, just like Boston. That way, it's more of the same environment. If it was a family that used/respected guns and still lived "normal" lives, I think it would not have been as much of a shock. The way they set up the show is like a one-way Wife Swap episode, where you take two completely opposite viewpoints and sit back and watch the fireworks.
I think it was mainly neutral, but did sway more to the gun control advocates.
Is there any laws that COULD be enacted that we could live with? If we give ground on something, will they stop there? Will we just be making the first step to a No Gun country?
These questions remain unanswered. I have no good answer for them.
Though if you have the money you could buy yourself a sub to launch them from!
