There are some very evil people who we may encounter at any given time.

It's really opened my eyes a bit,and made me a bit more "aware" as you put it. My job puts me in areas that are of high risk of a situation like that happening-it's good to be reminded of potential problems and to always be aware of ALL things happening around you.thankGod wrote:There are some very evil people who we may encounter at any given time.

I am not sure I understand your flame. In the State of Texas, pawnshops are financial institutions, regulated by the consumer credit commissioner under chapter 371 of the Finance Code.
His logic is absolutely correct when he points out that the primary business of the shop is loaning money for interest.
