Non-American citizens have no rights in this country as far as I'm concerned.
That's an unwise attitude. It presumes that our rights exist by the circumstances of our birth, when that is not the case. Our rights are rights because we were born, not where we were born.

The Constitution defines some rights and limits the government from interfering in the free exercise thereof, but they are first and foremost human rights, applicable to all.

I agree with you that many rights are basic human rights given by the Creator. I think these posters are trying to highlight that foreign individuals have no right to enter our nation without our consent, and that military groups doing so constitute a particular threat.

They have every right that we do, they just voluntarily surrender them when they cross the border into my country, that is where my rights supercede their rights.

Even illegal immigrants have due process rights. Whether you think they should or shouldn't is irrelevant, unless you happen to be a Supreme Court justice.

Legal visitors and resident immigrants have most of the rights of American citizens, except for voting, running for office, and serving on juries. (They may be prohibited from owning newspapers and TV stations).

If the U.S. did not have these policies, we would have little basis for complaining when some third-world pesthole threw an American in the clink or confiscated his property.

This isn't about illegal immigrants, this is about a foreign army on American soil. Two different things.

So for some reason they're not human anymore when they cross a literal line in the sand? This is a very dangerous line of discussion, friends. One step the wrong way and you're advocating xenophobia or outright racism (and that line may already have been crossed; various neo-Nazi groups have been using budgetary numbers and criminal statistics for years to advocate halting immigration of non-Causasians). There are some rights, such as the right to life, that cannot be superceded. That basic tenet, that certain inalienable *human* rights exist, is graven into the documents that led to the founding of this country. Those rights are not gained or lost by crossing a line; they are inherent, whether recognized on one or both sides of the line.

Now, back to the issue at hand. Mexican troops are crossing the border onto U.S. soil to provide cover for drug runners. That is not illegal immigration, true enough. However, those people are exactly that; people. If you have a problem with illegal foreign nationals having more rights here than are recognized in their own country, sounds like you need to be complaining to our State department and to the President's foreign policy advisor, not to ICE or the Border Patrol.

No it isn't. Soldiers moon-lighting as criminals are no more a "foreign army" than a British soldier on holiday overstaying his visa.

They voluntarily surrender their right to liberty, I don't see the problem here, if they are here breaking our laws, then they surrender their rights just like any other person would. When they cross the border they are breaking our laws and therefore sacrificing their right to liberty, and the pursuit of happiness (unless they like jail?)

Unless you suggest they the right to liberty is not sacrificed when arrested, which would be a hard argue. I don't really see the problem here.

it doesnt matter to me if they are black white brown or purple they have no right to be here period. to me this is an invasion and congress should have called for war. all this and their presadent keeps saying that hes against the cartels and a member in the war on drugs HA hes one of them probably got elected by the cartels too we need a big concrete wall with auto turret machine guns and flame throwers that will solve this little problem in a hurry.

but washington is not here they are far removed from the border and just dont get it

I have reconsidered my racist, xenophobic comments earlier on this thread. After much deliberation and intropection, I have concluded the Mexican soldiers came soley for the Image

If armed hostiles invade US soil the correct response is to kill them.
