For the whole family it seems

Whether the need is great or small, there is power in prayer, especially when God's people raise their voices together.

For the whole family it seems

Post by RPBrown »

Well, Jason got delayed in going to Afganistan for 3 weeks, but between all of my traveling, I have been at the hospital with first my mother who had a stroke July 25th, surgery on her corated artery (sp) and now my oldest grand daughter is in Childrens hospital with what the docs are calling an encephalitus (sp) type of infection. She has been there since Sunday. They are still not sure when she can come home.

Mom has gone back to work (she owns a ceramic shop) against everyones wishes but seems to be doing better.

The prayer warriors are having to work overtime for my family it seems.

Your request will be in my prayers.

Lord we lift up this entire family; Father they are your children and we ask for strength, health, and the peace that is beyond comprehension for each and every one of them. I pray that You will speak peace into this storm and turn that which was meant for evil, unto their good, and Your glory. Father, in the name of Your Son, we ask on their behalf. Thank You, Lord.

God Bless You,

UPDATE--Grand daughter got out of the hospital today. The best they can say is it was a water born virus similar to encefalitus(sp). They have had her on steroids for 3 days. There are still some test results that have not come back but all seems well.
We thought Jasons departure was to be in 3 weeks but he was told yesterday that he leaves Saturday morning.
Mom is working like nothing ever happened.
Thank you all for the prayers. God heard them and answered them all.

Well, I have to go to Durant tonight and Little Rock tomorrow. I will check in later. God bless you all.
