Fort Worth Convention Center
Took the grandkids to the Fort Worth Convention Center (formerly the Tarrant County Convention Center) to see the Ringling Bros. Circus. It was not posted, no 30.06, no ghostbusters, and there were no metal detectors. I love Fort Worth.

That is good to know.

Re: Fort Worth Convention Center
Even if they did, just carry one of them Glocks. They hold hundreds of rounds and dont set off metal detectors, just ask the Bradys.
Re: Fort Worth Convention Center
That just means they are complying with state law, which is a minimum standard.
Unfortunately, other county owned buildings do not meet that standard.
Take a look at the front entrance of the Tarrant County Records Building (not a courhouse):

I realize that this sign is not 30.06 compliant and not enforceable, but I find it offensive.
And then theres the cattle barns at the Will Rogers complex, with 30.06 signs on the chain link fence at the South entrance.

Even if it was 100% 30.06-compliant, it would still be unenforceable.Rex B wrote:Take a look at the front entrance of the Tarrant County Records Building (not a courhouse):

Re: Fort Worth Convention Center
I agree, but they sometimes have police officers and a metal detector inside the door.
