Deadlines to submit after firearms course

Post by udt101 »

Hello, I took the CHL Handgun Proficiency Course earlier this year with the lecture and practical to satisfy the requirements by the state for issuance of a CHL. However, I ran into financial difficulties and am only now getting to the point of being able to actually send in the materials and state licensing fee. I am a little foggy on some of the details and I'm trying to ascertain the deadline for filing for a CHL after the handgun course. Is there a deadline? I would imagine six months or twelve months would be reasonable, but I can't remember and I'd like to get this sent in before the deadline expires forcing me to go through the course all over again. Thanks.
