Shooting Place near Granbury

Post by jpierce30 »

I have a cousin living in Granbury, actually Pecan Plantation. I go to see her fairly often and she also serves as my hurricane evacuation point. My question is, are there any nice places to shoot close to the Granbury area. I would love to find a good place to spend time while I am in the area.
Thanks in advance.

I live in Granbury, and I use On Target. It is on 377 in Whiskey Flats, which is on the way to Fort Worth. I don't know of any other choices that are reasonably close, unless you know someone with land to shoot on, which I don't. Give me a PM and we will go shooting!

By the way, the hurricane is predicted to "hit" here this weekend. While I doubt wind will be a problem, don't be surprised if roads get flooded out!

I don't have anyone to shoot with, so if anyone else is near Granbury, I would like to know so that I can meet some new people to shoot with! Thanks.
