...DuraSeal spinner targets are fun for the price.

Paid $18 for the DuraSeal 5.5" diamond at a local gun shop, and put a couple boxes of .22LR through it. For less than the cost of a box of premium centerfire ammo, I'm guessing the target should stand up to at least a brick or two of .22LR round nose. More than that if you put it far enough away to miss fairly often. At about 5.5x2.5", that isn't all that far away with pistol, and still manageable with a rifle.

Tried a .38LWC, and it didn't seem to do much damage. I'd guess a couple hundred might get the target pretty ragged. Hot .357JSPs wouldn't be recommended; the one that I hit it with appeared to do as much damage as about 50 .22LRs.

If you want to see something amazing, shoot it with a .17, it will blow your mind! On second thought, how thick is this target? Under 1/4" it will probably punch right through. On a 1/2" spinner it makes what looks like molten moon craters, (for lack of a better description) the energy is unbelieveable!

Looks like it's about .5-.75" thick. I thought about trying a .243FMJ on it while I was playing with the oranges today, but decided it's a lot more fun to just keep blasting away at with .22LR.
