I haven't checked into it fully yet, but my instructor did mention they can not take it back to the car or whatever with them. I dont know if this is true or not, I intend to find out for myself, I just haven't taken the time yet. They can disarm you as we all know, that wouldnt bother me at all.. But taking it from me, sticking it down his pants, I dont think so... I dont think he should have questioned why you had 3 on with you, it's his business to know that you have them, but is it really up to him to question why? Thats like a CHL being asked why he's carrying a firearm, duh! You shoulda told him you carry 3, just incase you lose one

I dont think I'd let it slide, I'd at least try and get in contact with someone.. It may, or may not do anything, but for the fact the LEO stuck the gun down his pants, thats crossing the line. I wouldnt be against them taking it with him, I know I'll get it back, but if a LEO puts my gun down his pants, there will be some words. I dont feel it's respectful to take a person's firearm, and treat it as your own. Thats the same as taking the LEO's donut and putting it in your mouth.
