question for savage experts

i recently purchased a stevens 200 chambered in 223 for the kids to start hunting with
my question is the stock is a little cheesy i was told that the stock would possible interchange with a savage 10 or 110
does anybody more versed in savage arms know the truth

thanx for all the help guys yall have not let me down yet

If it's a new savage, it's basically a Model 10 or 110 without the Accutrigger. Since your rifle is a short-action, the model 10 stock should fit, but I would ask over at savageshooters.
