I wonder if airlines keep a special list of passengers who check guns.
No. :smilelol5: Think for a moment about what you are asking. The airlines? The same people that lose one out of every 100 checked bags? The ones who maintain a huge facility to store the tens of thousands of bags they "lose"? The ones who let planes sit on the tarmac full of passengers for days and let the toilets overflow and will not let them out?

Even if they wanted to they could not accurately do this.

The one time Continental lost my checked bag with two handguns in it I was on the phone with the customer service idgit dealing her an appropriate admonishment for losing my luggage and I told her that she had better find my luggage because of the special contents.

She had no idea so I told her. She did put some extra special pixie dust on the problem and found my bag.

Luckily now that most airlines are charging for checked bags those who would normally not check one get to pay some extra $$ to use the rights we already have had to pay enough to exercise...

I say let us carry on the plane or check our bags for free :evil2:
