Gun Shows
Being new to CHL I've got the question of the day. Gun shows. Are you allowed to carry at a Gun show, or are they required to post the 30.06 signs too.
"A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives a moderate exercise to the Body, it gives boldness, enterprise, and independence to the mind . . . Let your gun therefore be the constant companion of your walks."

Re: Gun Shows
Most all Gun Shows now days are posted 30.06.
You can carry there, openly if you wish, after having your gun checked/cleared and zip tied before entering the show.
You cannot have any ammo on you. This is a bit weird.....as you can walk into the show and buy as much ammo as you can carry........

Re: Gun Shows
Depends on where the show is held. Here in Amarillo, they are held at the Civic Center which is owned by the city. They post a 30.06 sign, but it's not legal because it's only in English and it's posted on city property. I carry my LCP in my front pocket at the show loaded and it STAYS in my pocket.
