Thoughts on this proposed trip

Most school districts would deny the expense report, because transportation at the school's expense was offered, but not accepted. But still, if carrying is that important to you, then driving yourself at your own expense might be an option. You'd at least need a reason to give to your co-workers, though.

Thanks for the ideas - some by PM also. For some reason I couldn't get back on the PM - new to this forum and the 1st PM's I've received. There are enough gray areas in this proposed trip, that I'm not going to push the "edge". Thanks again.
