This is not the kind of publicity we need.
He states that in Colorado you can buy a gun from another citizen without ID, under 18, no background checketc. etc. and its all perfectly legal.
Except its not.
If you sell a handgun to a minor in Colorado you will go to jail.
If you knowingly sell a firearm to a felon you will go to jail.

He goes on to say that "We oughtta fix that."
He is a dealer.
He wants all firearms transactions to go through him so he can get his cut.
He is not the kind of spokesman we want, but you can bet that when Obama decides to "Close the gunshow loophole" the media will be playing this interview over and over again.

Selling your own property is not a loophole.

After watching that video, my professional assessment is that "DragonMan" is a moron.

He may or not be a moron but one thing he lacks is any tact.
My posts on this website are worth every cent you paid me for them.

Lately I am beginning to wonder whether tact is over rated. It doesn't seem to be used in national politics or by salesman any more.

His comment about somebody buying a gun in his store walking outside and selling it might happen but the ATF would consider it a straw purchase
It is said that if you line up all the cars in the world end-to-end, someone would be stupid enough to try to pass them
