Larue Stealth complete upper receiver

Well, just placed my order for a Larue Complete stealth upper receiver and I gotta say that their customer service is amazing. Really friendly people who knew what they were talking about. With that said...it was not my original plan to buy a complete upper, I wanted to buy all the pieces and put it together myself...but availability made it more of a nuisance than it was worth.

Most of my parts were going to come from Rock River Arms, but a phone call to them changed my mind. The lady at RRA told me that EVERYTHING was on indefinite backorder and if I did order something it would take more than a year to get to me. SO, naturally I started looking at my alternatives and with only a little pleading with the wife I received an OK for the Larue upper.

The plan for my initial build is:
Larue Stealth Upper (20" Barrel/13.2" free float handguards, 1/8 twist, wylde chamber, Polygonal rifling)
Troy folding front and rear sights
Magpul PRS buttstock
Magpul MIAD grip (full grip kit)
Rock River Arms lower with basic Rock River lower parts kit)

In time I will add a bipod, better single stage trigger group, and if I can ever scrape the cash together an ACOG.

In 4-6 weeks I will post pics and a range report.
