+5 for CHLers

Post by Fangs »

Yesterday my roommate, his cousin, his brother, his friend, and his friend's father all took the CHL class out in Wimberley. I'd like to take full credit for this, but I have to share it with everyone on this forum and all the subject matter yall have given me to share with them when we shoot together. Props. :thumbs2:

Now if I can just get them to be active on the forum. :coolgleamA:

Congratulations on a good start. :thumbs2: But you haven't crossed the finish line, yet. There are many people who take the class and get the license, but never carry. Now you need to make sure they understand that the license won't protect them from anything except an arrest for UCW. They need to carry and have the proper mindset to protect themselves and those around them.
Remember, in a life-or-death situation, when seconds count, the police are only minutes away.

Good for you Fangs. While I can't claim 5, I can take some credit for at least one more CHLer. Son of BPET finished his class on Saturday. I sent him a copy of the pre-submit checklist and am working on getting him to become a member of this fine forum.

As for barres' concern on following through, I don't see a big problem. There is no doubt he will put his license to good use. We will be looking for the perfect holster/belt combination while he waits for the license.

Keep up the good work

Thanks for the effort Fangs. The more people we have in every area of shooting, especially CHLs, the greater the political impact.

Good work.

Good job & the clout grows by little & by little day by day as we tell the story & encourage folks.
