New CHL license style.
Does anyone like the new CHL license style ? I personally liked the old ones better.

I've never seen the old one so I have nothing to compare it to, but since it sits in a dark place in my wallet and I don't take it out to admire it, nor have I blown it up to poster size and posted it it up in my house
I don't ascribe any aesthetic value to it.

I'm not a fan of the new design compared to the old one (it was red, white & blue!), but I'll take it!

The clerk at my local Shell station noticed my CHL (which I keep behind my TDL) the other night when I was buying some beer and asked to see it. He said something like, "So is this your real CHL? I haven't seen (m)any like this." I mentioned that I knew they'd recently changed and that I usually wouldn't use it as ID, to which he said that he thinks CHLers are more trustworthy than the general population. I wanted to ask him if he was complimenting himself as well, and I'm half-wondering if he's a member here, but there were other people in line behind me. Never asked if I was carrying, but I was.
This is also my first CHL, so I also don't have anything to compare it with. I like it though.

I remember the other threads that discussed the "new" CHL. the general consensus was that those folks liked the old one.
I like the picture of the capitol. but that's me.
I know, I know, nobody here likes "change"

FWIW, IIRC, AFAIK, FTMP, IANAL. YMMV.

I would like something more discreet like the Florida license.

How is the FL license "discreet"?

I'd be willing to bet that he has his based upon his place of employment.
