Did anyone catch channel 13 news?

About 15mins ago they were discussing the pros and cons of the parking lot carry bill. Well that's fine and dandy, but the whole time they led on that the bill would allow license holders to bring their guns INTO WORK. As a pro example they brought up the woman who attacked an office with a bow and arrow and how chl'ers shot her.

It gets even better! Some spokeswoman from the Texans for gun safety or something (may be sligthly miss worded) came on and seemed to add to the bow and arrow incident by saying "well I don't believe the answer to these problems is to have a gun at your fingertips." YALL HAVE IT ALL WRONG! SB730 will only allow licensed individuals to store their handguns in their vehicles while at work. NOT bring it in with them and "have at their fingertips." The ignorance is rampant. Rant off.

p.s.- It wasn't until the very end did they show the actual bill description that showed the bills true intent, which is only to allow handguns to be stored in locked vehicles while at work.
