Officers responded to the report of a shooting in the 3000 block of North Grand Avenue shortly before 6 p.m. When they arrived, they found a Hispanic male shot once in the chest.
The teen was transported by ambulance to East Texas Medical Center in Tyler, where he later died from his injuries.
According to an initial police report, the teen was shot accidentally by another male juvenile. Police are investigating the incident.

That can't be. It's against the law for juveniles to have access to guns - ain't it?

Clearly the laws are not strong enough!
Quick! enact a law to prevent juveniles from using firearms completely!
Throw them in jail for saying the word 'gun' or 'firearm' anywhere!

Who's gun was it? What was the scenario surrounding the incident?
Without that information, not much can be said about abything.
