Arrest record

Hi folks. I've got everything together for my CHL (finally)...everything except filling out my arrest records. I got arrested in Lubbock county about 10 years ago for speeding ticket warrants. How do I find out the exact information on the arrest so I can get my paperwork filled out and sent?

Call the Lubbock County Clerk of the Court and ask about their procedure for record searches: http://www.co.lubbock.tx.us/CClerk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

You need a letter stating the disposition of the case, or that they have no record of your arrest. (Minor issues are often purged or lost.)
