gun show open carry

Post by ntexaschl »

I couldn't locate a thread for this topic. If one exists, then please forgive the redundancy.
A CHL'er has his/her gun checked and zip tied by the LEO at a gunshow, re-holsters it and proceeds into the show. It's concealed, at this time. What if it weren't?

Clear & zip tied, carried open at the show is OK.
Sellers will have it "out" for trades or sale.

Carry 24-7 or guess right.

Usually open carry isn't legal in public. Is that what they mean by the gun show loophole.
