No, Hawaiian shirts are still accepted under grandfather rules.

As is a white or light blue blazer over a blue or purple t-shirt ala Don Johnson

That's the only proper way to cover a shoulder holster.

If you are old, bald headed w/ store bought teeth is a western vest over Wranglers OK too??????
