i took the class on saturday and will be mailing the packet on tuesday. i wanted to know how long i should wait before i email and ask for a pin. Also, it asks that you include your chl number when asking for a pin, would my chl number be "students certificate number" on the tr100?

i requested mine at about 4 weeks after they received it.
they sent it the next day.
once you get it , it still wont show app. processing untill they enter it into the system. refer to my signature as a guide .
In order to login you are required to have a Personal Identification Number (PIN). All PIN’s are assigned by the Texas Department of Public Safety. If you have forgotten, misplaced or never received your PIN, please contact TxDPS via email (chl@txdps.state.tx.us) and include the following information: ( TR100 certificate number), driver license number, full name and date of birth. Your PIN will be returned in a timely fashion to the same email address submitting the request and in the order your request was received.
