Living in TX prior to CHL app?

If you are long waiting on your CHL al la "Processing Application", a quick question.

Where were you living in the 5(10?) years prior to the CHL application? Were in you in TX and easy to verify your where-abouts? Or do you have a few prior addresses?

I'm wondering if there's any correlation between the list of several addresses and a longer wait time.

I don't think there is a direct correlation. Prior to getting my CHL, I lived outside of Texas for most of the time. I got my CHL in 63 days. Of course that was before the major delays that people are seeing now.

I'm in tarrant county, got mine in 60'ish days and I had 3-4 prior out of state addresses.

I have lived in the same house for the last 30 years, and it took 5 months in 2005. Mine was due to 3 rounds of fingerprint issues.

My husband who was born in Harris County , has lived here except for 3 years in the early 70's, and has lived in the same house for the same period of time took over 7 mos (Aug through April of this year)

4 years in Tarrant county - 2 addresses
10 years in Brazos county - 3 addresses (although 2 were in the same apartment complex)
underage before that.
