What legislative session removed the Hospital Ban?

What legislative session removed the Hospital Ban and what section codifies it?
It is useless for the Sheep to circulate petitions calling for universal vegetarianism while the Wolves hold a different opinion.

HB 2909 in 1997. It didn't technically remove the hospital ban, but it made the ban contingent on giving notice pursuant to TPC §30.06. TPC §30.06 was also created in that same bill.

Speaking of hospitals with 30.06, I was at St. David's in Austin tonight. Thankfully I knew ahead of time about their 30.06 sign. I plan to write a letter to the hospital stating my disappointment with the signage and the reasons why. But does anyone know who I should direct this to?

(Sorry if I'm hijacking; I assumed the question was adequately answered by Charles)

Best to go straight to the top with the Hospital Administrator. Not sure how much good it will do though as many hospitals are now part of conglomerates that have a policy of posting 30.06 signs at their locations.

The main thing is be respectful and business like in your letter; it will be more likely to get a response and open a line of communication whereas trying the bullying approach tends to alienate them. :thumbs2:
