Found pourous silica sand called "Mimi Litter" at the local walmart. It's a 4lb bag of the blue and white silica crystals and cost $4.32 a bag. Gonna give it a try. Buyer beware though, I used the "speedy" checkout and I am convinced after standing in line, they put their slowest cashier in the speedy checkout lane. LOL

It is really funny when you think about it. They put the slowest checker on the express lane because with a 15 item limit, it doesn't take a real fast checker to get folks through the line. The fast checkers with all the experience end up on the busiest check out lanes. Can you imagine if they put ole slow poke on a register where he might have to check out a whole cart full of groceries??? It would take you a week to get checked out.
