LA: Lawsuit to stop New Orleans firearms confiscation

The American Civil Liberties Union of Louisiana has filed a lawsuit on behalf of one Errol Houston Jr. Mr. Houston was arrested last year after a traffic stop. Police confiscated his .40-caliber handgun. The district attorney dropped charges, but refuses to return the handgun.
