It does have a serial number in fact under the barrel (that's the best way I can describe where it's at) the pistol says H&R 922 but I see no serial number ANYWHERE on the pistol at all

CrimsonSoul, go to proofhouse.com and you can look up the manuf. date on the
Win 1892. The H&R 922 is on a level with the ones Iver Johnson Cycle Wrks. made, not
particularly valuable as far as $ but might have sentimental value. The Winchester
could possibly have monetary value as well as sentimental. Value will be based on
condition, age, caliber, number produced etc. Good luck.

I'm not worried about monetary value, I'm trying to figure out about these just for my knowledge for when I pass them on to my children when they're older, this isn't something that I'm going to go sell, EVER.

I didn't say you had to sell. But you do need to know the monetary value.
You might have a rare Winchester or one worth several thousand dollars, or more.
You will treat it differently. Whether you keep it, pass it down to your kids etc.
I'm glad you have something to pass down, even if it only has sentimental value.
Continued good luck in your quest for info.

The pistol is definitely an H&R. Model number should be stamped on the barrel.
There is a H&R expert that hangs out here:
