My first reaction was to laugh, but the more I thought about it, the sadder it became.

This sounds like another case of a company that has successfully kept anyone with any horse sense from getting promoted to a position where they could put the kabash on this sort of thing before stuff like this becomes public knowledge.Russell wrote:They even hired a lawyer to defend themselves against itself.

So if they win the lawsuit against itself can they collect lawyers fees also?

They must have been watching the Classic Coke sueing the Coke Zero commercial and took it seriously. Life imitating art just doesn't make sense to me. Not in this case at least.

Doesn't it have to do with clearing a title or something to get it ready for sale?

Did they hire Jackie Chiles from Seinfeld?

Wells Fargo has gone off it's rocker.. I used to like them, if I ever had anything come up, they took care of it... I went to take a loan out recently for a enclosed car trailer, and it took 4 weeks to finalize it
My credit score is as good as it gets, most people dont know it can go that high, they get my tax return paper work every yr, everything is picture perfect. Normally I walk in to borrow money and 30 mins I'm walking out with a check.. Not this time, it took some of this
and some of
that to get it done.. I'm still about 1 bad day away from telling them where to go..... The funny part is I'm good friends with the local branch vice president, and he was blown away over this, and couldnt do anything about it..
It doesnt surprise me they are suing themselves.....
